ESA Members Zoom Meeting

Epiphyllum photos by Don Crain

Join the Epiphyllum Society of America, Saturday, February 13 @ 12 noon, PST, for an ESA MEMBERS ONLY Zoom meeting when we present the EPIPHYLLUM PHOTOGRAPHS OF DON CRAIN.

For the last 14 years, Don has been a familiar and frequent visitor to the Epiphyllum Flower Shows of the ESA, San Diego Epiphyllum Society, and South Bay Epiphyllum Society, taking photos of the entries and top winners in their categories. His photos have been meticulously edited and refined to his artistic satisfaction such as correcting color and light balances, blemishes on petals, and even eliminating photo bombing ants and aphids.

Don has two horticultural degrees, one in Nursery Operations and another in Landscape Design & Construction. He worked in the nursery business for a few years and then moved into Information Technology. During that time he continued his interest in horticulture, plant societies, botany, taxonomy, native plants and wildflower photography.  He currently divides his time between his birthplace in San Diego and his adopted home in North Dakota.
