Be one of the first to see the latest hybrids of Evelyn Shiraki, Darryl Miyamoto, Rudolf Hessing, Don Burnett, Jim Nones, Paul Richter, Don Patterson, Derek Obayashi, etc.  Many of these hybridizers will be there to answer your questions.   Kiwi Treasure Box, Spiced Takuan, Yellow Tang and other "in demand" hybrids will be available for bidding.

We are excited about our annual show and sale and hope that you are too! Don't forget to bring your flowers, photographs, displays and floral arrangements to Ayres Hall this Sunday!

Volunteers are needed to help with setting up the sales area this coming Friday May 13th, as well as help with show setup and/or sales on Saturday May 14th and sales and general help on Sunday May 15th. Mary Beardsley, ESA Life Member, past Recording Secretary and wife of Board member Edmund Beardsley has died. Mary was always ready with a helping hand and a kind word. She will be greatly missed. 

Mary's funeral will be held this next Monday, March 14th at 10 am:

The Executive Board has voted to initiate a special Galen Pittman Award; a special trophy for the Best Flower in the Annual Show in May.

 (Bid sheets are available for download here.) Come to the general meeting on September first! The meeting features the ever-popular Hybridizer Showcase and silent auction. Please bring horticulturally-related items to donate to the auction. Fill out a bid sheet in advance and bring it along with you to the meeting for each item you are donating.

Great news for ESA members. The Executive Board has voted to reduce registration fees for members to just $5. You may also use your "Epi Bucks" to pay for registration. 

The fee for Non-ESA Members remains $10 per cultivar registration.
